CIS 3355 Exercise Two-02 Systems Administration Basics The goal of this assignment is for you to document that you have completed the hands-on activities in the chapters assigned as part of Module Two Unit Two-02 Basics of Systems Administration. Requirements – Overview 1. Each chapter in the Linux Operations and Administration textbook contains hands-on activities that you are to complete as you read through and study the chapter. You will learn the most if you complete every hands-on activity. In general, each Module Two Exercise (all named Ex Two-nn) asks you to document that you have completed many of the activities in several assigned chapters. At times, an exercise may also ask you to extend your hands-on learning further by completing tasks that are not in the textbook. You document completion of tasks by posting screen shots in a lab report journal in Blackboard that is named for each chapter covered in the unit (as Ex Two-nn Ch zz Journal). 2. The format of each lab report journal is the same. First, write a brief paragraph summarizing what you learned about administering systems by reading and working through the particular chapter of the Linux Operations and Administration textbook by Basta, et. al. Then write a second paragraph that explains a link between what you learned by completing the exercises for that chapter and at least one process defined or described by the ITIL framework. After the two brief paragraphs, embed one or more specifically requested screen shot images after the paragraphs, writing a caption above each one.  2.1. The quality of your writing will be evaluated. Throughout the course, there are significant penalties for spelling and/or grammar errors (see the grading rubric in Blackboard for details). 2.2….
